These Terms govern your use of fufills.com and the Fufills COD Operating System. By using the site or services you accept these terms.

Contracting entity

Depending on your jurisdiction the contracting Fufills entity is one of:

• FUFILLS LLC — Wyoming, USA
• FUFILLS LLC — Puerto Rico, USA
• FUFILLS SARL — Morocco (MENA)

Acceptable use

You agree to use Fufills only for lawful merchant operations. We do not support prohibited categories including but not limited to: counterfeit goods, controlled substances, weapons, or financial fraud. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.

Service obligations

Fufills provides confirmation, fulfillment, delivery, COD collection and reconciliation as described in the agreement. Our published SLAs (65–93% confirmation, 65–93% delivery success range, 7-day settlement) describe observed operational ranges, not guarantees.
