About Fufills

The COD Operating System for Latin America. Built for operators, run by operators.

Fufills is a Morocco-based COD enablement platform that empowers cross-border merchants — primarily MENA, Asia, US, and EU — to scale Cash-on-Delivery e-commerce in 16 Latin American markets. Three registered legal entities. One operating SOP. Predictable performance, protected cashflow.

Why this company exists

Couriers deliver. Call centers confirm. Banks remit. We do the whole thing.

Cross-border merchants kept telling us the same thing: "I can find a LATAM carrier. I can find a Spanish call center. I can find a remittance partner. But nobody owns the whole COD chain — and when an order fails, everyone points at someone else." That's the gap Fufills fills. One operator. One SOP. Confirm → Dispatch → Deliver → Collect → Transfer.

We lead with three numbers we publish and measure ourselves against: hard-gated confirmation, predictive multi-carrier delivery success, 7-day settlement. We don't promise guaranteed delivery — nobody can. We control the controllables: confirmation, validation, routing, follow-ups, reconciliation, transfer.

The MENA → LATAM thesis

COD dominates LATAM e-commerce

50-80% of e-commerce in most LATAM markets runs on COD. Card and bank rails are thin. Consumers want to see the product before they pay.

MENA merchants already know COD

From their home markets in the Gulf and North Africa. The operational muscle exists — they just need a partner on the LATAM side who runs it the same way.

Most cross-border attempts fail without an operator

Cross-border COD without an on-the-ground operator is brutal. We've watched it fail with cheaper providers. The 5-step stack only works with end-to-end ownership.
