Read the model assumptions
  • One batch, one product cost and one selling price per order. Confirmation is measured from submitted orders, dispatch from confirmed orders, and paid delivery from dispatched orders.
  • All inventory, advertising, outbound costs, expected return costs and entered overhead are funded on day zero. Collection and FX fees are deducted at payout. Each failed delivery incurs the entered return cost.
  • Recoverable inventory is valued at the entered percentage of its original product cost. It increases contribution but does not increase cash after payout.
  • Gross collections are converted using your entered exchange rate. Collection fees apply first; FX fees apply only to a positive remaining balance. There are no live exchange rates.
  • Taxes, financing, unentered overhead, partial payments, later refunds and working capital for overlapping batches are excluded. These estimates are not a quote or a guarantee.

How to use the COD calculator

Does this calculator show Fufills prices or delivery performance?

No. The initial numbers are an illustrative example, not a Fufills quote, benchmark or guarantee. Enter your own contract terms and operating data. Confirm service availability, fees and settlement terms with the team.

What is the difference between contribution and cash after payout?

Cash after payout is net settlement minus the modeled batch costs. Contribution also includes the estimated recoverable value of stock returned from failed deliveries. That stock is not cash and may require time or additional costs to sell again.

How are currencies and payout timing handled?

Enter the selling price in the sales currency and all costs in the reporting currency. If they differ, supply the number of sales-currency units per one reporting-currency unit. The model uses one payout date and assumes all modeled cash costs are funded on day zero. It does not estimate working capital for overlapping batches.

Are my inputs sent to a server?

Calculations and CSV exports happen in your browser. Calculator inputs are not included in the calculator analytics events. The tool estimates the costs you enter and excludes taxes, financing and any overhead you have not entered.
